Rodney Conant

Rodney Conant serves as the Senior Vice President of Fast Casual & Full Service Restaurant Divisions at Sun Holdings, Inc. since June 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, strategy, and growth of multiple restaurant brands. Prior to this role, Rodney held significant positions at SPB Hospitality as Senior Vice President of Operations from September 2020 to June 2023, and at TGI Fridays from March 2006 to September 2020. At TGI Fridays, Rodney progressed through various roles, including Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Franchise Operations, Senior Director of Strategic Operations, Director of Operations, and General Manager. Rodney holds degrees from Central Connecticut State University and Roger Williams University.
