Isabella Lungulescu

Isabella Lungulescu is an experienced IT Project Manager and Scrum Master currently employed at SunLife since August 2017. Previously, Isabella has held multiple roles at Manulife since 2006, including Incident Problem and Change Management, IS Business Systems Analyst in Business & Technical Solutions for AWD, and Billing Analyst. Responsibilities have included managing major incidents, facilitating solution development with client groups, and providing customer service through accurate information gathering. Prior experience also includes working as an Underwriter Analyst at Equitable Life from 2004 to 2006, where extensive auditing and renewal processes were managed. Isabella holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Technical University in Timisoara and an Associate’s Certificate in Business Analysis from McMaster, alongside being a Fellow in the Life Management Institute (FLMI) Program.
