Prior to joining Sun Life in March 2020, Andrew gained extensive experience at Invesco Ltd. over 19 years, holding various senior roles including Head of Wealth Management Intermediaries Segment Marketing for the Americas and Head of Marketing for Canada. Andrew's leadership in these roles involved directing marketing strategies, building strategic partnerships, and executing corporate strategies that strengthened Invesco's market position. Andrew's earlier career includes positions at E*TRADE and TD, alongside strong educational credentials with an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
