Cindy Oliveira

Cindy Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as the Director of the Global Contingent Workforce Program at Sun Life since November 2024. In this role, Cindy is responsible for managing the program's strategy, process, policy, technology, and governance, while also integrating it into Sun Life's Total Workforce Management vision. Prior to this, Cindy held the position of Program Director for the Contingent Workforce Program at Manulife from August 2020 to November 2024, where the focus was on expanding the program into Services Procurement across Asia and the Americas. Cindy's career also includes significant roles at Allegis Global Solutions, where responsibilities ranged from Program Executive to Director of Operations, and as Resourcing Coordinator at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College.
