Devin Ragwen

Devin Ragwen has extensive experience in talent strategy and sales support within the financial services industry, currently serving as the AVP, Talent Strategy Partner at Sun Life since February 2014, with previous roles including Director of Talent Strategy Partner, Learning & Development, and Inside Sales. Prior to Sun Life, Devin held significant positions at Foresters, launching a successful competitive intelligence department while serving as Manager of Competitive and Industry Analysis and as the inaugural Competitive Intelligence Analyst. Earlier roles at Sun Life Financial included Affluent Insurance Solutions Consultant, Team Lead in Universal Life Administration, and Consultant in Brokerage New Business, where Devin demonstrated expertise in product support and training. Educational credentials include an Hons BSc in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Toronto, along with various certifications in life insurance and financial management from LOMA and the Boston Institute of Finance. Additionally, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt was earned from McGill University in 2019.
