Holman Chan

Holman Chan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Sun Life since July 2025. Prior to this role, Holman held the position of Head of Talent & Capability at DFI Retail Group from August 2020 to July 2025 and worked as Manager of Culture Transformation at AXA between July 2018 and July 2020. Holman's career in human resources began at AIA as an Associate from 2012 to 2015, followed by a role as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Cathay Pacific Airways from 2015 to 2018. Holman holds a BA(Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester and an Executive Certificate in Human Resources Analytics from The University of Hong Kong.
