Jason Bulgin

Jason Bulgin is an experienced product management leader currently serving as the Director of Product Management for the Health Ecosystem at Sun Life since 2023. Previously, Jason held the role of Director of Product Management at Q4, where efforts focused on developing a next-generation capital markets communications platform. Jason spearheaded the establishment of the product management function at Smile Digital Health, leading the launch of multiple products and expanding the team significantly during rapid company growth. With a solid foundation in healthcare from roles at TELUS and Cancer Care Ontario, combined with a background in technology strategy from Accenture, Jason brings extensive expertise in product strategy, team building, and stakeholder management, complemented by an MBA in Health Sector Strategy and Management and a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
