Jenny Hill

Jenny Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and instructional design. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Programs for Digital Business Technology Solutions at Sun Life, Jenny leads the implementation of talent initiatives and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance new programs. Previous roles include Director of Talent Development, Associate Director of Learning & Development, and Team Lead at Igloo Software, where Jenny managed customer training programs. Jenny also operates Jenny R. Hill Consulting, offering expertise in instructional design, mentoring, and accessibility.
