Jessica Dawson

Jessica Dawson, CHRP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently holding the position of Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Sun Life since March 2018. In this role, Jessica is responsible for building partnerships with hiring managers, managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging technology such as Workday to enhance recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Jessica interned at PepsiCo, co-leading seasonal recruitment efforts and participating in national compliance projects, and served as a U-Desk Associate at Wilfrid Laurier University Students' Union, providing assistance to students and visitors. Jessica holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
