Justin Masson

Justin Masson is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over 18 years, primarily at Sun Life since May 2005. As the Director of Learning and Development, Justin leads a team focused on driving employee and organizational growth across various business units. Previous roles at Sun Life include Associate Director and Senior Manager, where responsibilities included facilitating employee and leadership development and collaborating directly with clients to assess learning needs and implement effective solutions. Justin co-owned Lost Sock Social Media, where expertise in developing social media strategies and conducting coaching sessions was utilized. Additionally, experience as a Facilitator at Lethbridge College involved identifying learning gaps and developing tailored training resources. Justin holds a B.A. in Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley, a Certificate in Adult Education from Mount Royal University, and a B.A. in Theatre from The University of Lethbridge.
