Katie Flood

Katie Flood is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Windows systems and customer service. Since October 2015, Katie has held multiple roles at Sun Life, including Windows Systems Analyst, Windows Server Specialist, Service Desk Specialist, and Service Desk Agent. Prior to this, Katie gained experience as a Customer Service Agent at Rigneydolphin in mid-2013. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor's Degree in IT Networking from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi, completed in 2015.
