Kirsten O'Leary

Kirsten O'Leary has over two decades of experience at Sun Life, serving in various leadership and coaching roles since 2011, including Executive and Leadership Coach, Associate Director of Global Talent Development, and Sr. Learning Consultant. Prior roles at Sun Life Financial from 1995 to 2006 included Training Consultant, Small Group Underwriter, and Sales Service Representative. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University, earned between 1989 and 1991.
