Mina Mirjalili

Mina Mirjalili is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer and Postgraduate Affiliate currently engaged in projects at Vector Institute and Sun Life, focusing on NLP methods for sentiment analysis and speech recognition. Experience includes developing a transformer-based pipeline for aspect-based sentiment analysis and creating a sequential variational autoencoder for audio signals. As a Graduate Research Assistant at CAMH, research targets EEG features for cognitive enhancement in high-risk populations, notably Alzheimer’s prevention.
