Pooja Sehgal Mehtani

Pooja Sehgal Mehtani has extensive experience in legal and company secretarial roles, currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Sun Life Global Solutions since May 2017. Prior positions at Sun Life include General Counsel for Asia Service Centres and Head of Legal & Secretarial for the Asia Service Centre in India. Prior to joining Sun Life, Pooja held key positions at SUEZ as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel, and at Degremont as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary. Pooja began career as Company Secretary at Sanspareils Greenlands Pvt. Ltd. Pooja holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Laws from Meerut. Early education was completed at Sophia Girls' School Meerut.
