Susan Chen

Susan Chen is an experienced Disability Case Manager currently working at Sun Life since April 2022. Previously, Susan held the role of Ability Management Consultant and Ability Management Consultant Intern at Acclaim Ability Management Inc. from September 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, experience as a Claims Advisor at Desjardins from July 2019 to May 2021 and various roles at Starbucks, including Shift Supervisor and Barista, from November 2014 to June 2019, further contributed to skill development.
