Sylvia Moretti

Sylvia Moretti is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Sun Life Financial. Sylvia has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on developing people strategies and programs.

Moretti began their career at TD in 2003, where they held various HR positions including Associate Vice President of Human Resources for TD Wealth Management and Insurance, and Vice President of Human Resources for both the Direct Channels and TD Auto Finance businesses. In 2014, Moretti moved to Great-West Life where they served as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Corporate Functions.

Moretti has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University.

Sylvia Moretti graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology.

They are on a team with Oricia Smith - President & SVP, Investment Solutions - Sun Life, Eric Monteiro - SVP, Chief Client Experience Officer, and Wiktoria Kagan - AVP, Strategy & Planning - Office of the President. Their manager is Jacques Goulet, President, Sun Life Financial Canada.
