Viktor Obst

Viktor Obst, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Operational Risk Management at Sun Life Financial since May 2017. Previously, Viktor held various leadership roles at Manulife Financial from 2004 to December 2016, including AVP of Corporate Operational Risk and AVP of Corporate Functions & Investment Audit, where responsibilities encompassed the development of the Operational Risk Management program and managing audit plans and relationships with senior management. Viktor's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at KPMG LLP, focusing on auditing and evaluating internal controls for public companies and pension funds. Viktor holds a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Concordia University.
