Rica Tango

Rica Grace Tango is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and business analysis. Currently serving at Sun Life Philippines since July 2022, Rica manages Scrum processes, supports product owners, and fosters high-performing teams through coaching and alignment with project goals. Prior experience includes roles at Yondu, Inc. where Rica facilitated Scrum events, coached development teams, and managed project releases. Earlier experience as a Senior Business Analyst involved analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders. Rica's career began as a Business Analyst at Baker McKenzie, contributing to Agile projects and utilizing various tools for business documentation and prototyping. Rica holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Bicol University.
