Matthew Babiarz

Matthew Babiarz, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Matthew began their career as a Production Supervisor at Sun-Maid Growers of California in 2009. Matthew then transitioned to the role of HR Manager at the same company, where they worked for over 12 years until February 2022. In January 2022, they were promoted to the position of Human Resources Director.

Prior to their tenure at Sun-Maid Growers, Matthew served in the US Army from 2005 to 2008. During their time in the army, they held roles as a Platoon Leader and Troop XO.

Matthew Babiarz, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point. In July 2017, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM institution.
