Brian Tews

Brian Tews is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer 4 at Sun Nuclear Corporation since August 2018, Brian previously held several roles at Mainstream Engineering Corporation from January 2000 to August 2018, including Turbomachinery Technology Leader and Senior Mechanical Engineer. Prior experience includes a co-op position at NASA's Hypersonic Air Breathing Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on research related to SCRAMJET inlet geometry and shockwave-boundary layer interaction. Brian's foundational experience includes service in the United States Marine Corps from September 1989 to September 1993. Brian holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
