Erik Alquist

Erik Alquist possesses extensive experience in product development and physics, currently serving as Product Physics Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at Sun Nuclear Corporation since April 2011. In this role, Erik leads a team of scientists focused on product development and plays a key role as a product owner for various initiatives. Prior to this, Erik worked as a Product Engineer/Physicist, developing new products, features, and computational algorithms for radiation sensors. Erik's career began as a Research Assistant, supporting research efforts while engaging with beta customers and new users. Educationally, Erik holds a Master's degree in Physics from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College. Notably, Erik received the AAPT Outstanding Teaching Award while serving as a Teaching Assistant at Miami University.
