John Hilker

John Hilker is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in operations and product development across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Product Engineer II at Sun Nuclear Corporation, John leads root cause analysis and product test issue resolution, while also being a subject matter expert for multiple product lines. As Lead R&D Process Engineer at Mianyang Golden Power, John developed a precise X-Ray Fluorescence algorithm for measuring thin film materials. Previous roles include Process Engineer at Solu Technology Partners, where John accelerated verification processes for medical device lines, and Process Development Engineer at Global Solar Energy, where significant yield improvements were achieved.
