Arunava Pal

Arunava Pal is an experienced Learning and Development professional with 16 years of expertise in Training and Development in India and internationally. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Sun Pharma since August 2025, Arunava has previously held a similar role at Venus Remedies Limited from August 2021 to August 2025. Prior experience includes positions such as Academic Head at Saltlake Institute of Engineering and Management Ltd and Deputy Manager Training at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Arunava has also contributed to NIIT Limited in various capacities, including Centre Director in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Country Training Head for overseas projects in Bhutan and the Maldives. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech degree and foundational education at St. Paul's Cathedral Mission Church College and St. Thomas High School.
