Mitali Bhatia has a strong background in consumer insights and market research. Mitali is currently working as the Head of Consumer Market Insights (CMI) for India and EM at Sun Pharma. Prior to this, they worked at L'Oréal as a Consumer Insights professional in the South Asia Research & Innovation team. Before L'Oréal, Mitali held the position of Assistant General Manager of Consumer Marketing Insights at Emami Ltd. Mitali also gained valuable experience at Kantar IMRB as an Associate Vice President and Group Business Director. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Research Manager at Ipsos India (ASI). Mitali began their career at GfK, where they served as a Group Manager.

Mitali Bhatia completed their education with an MBA in Marketing from IBS Mumbai between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a BMS in Marketing from N.M. College of Commerce & Economics from 2000 to 2003. Mitali's earliest education was at Ashok Academy where they completed their SSC.
