Paru Ajjarapu

Paru Ajjarapu serves as the Vice President and Head of IT North America at SUN PHARMA, starting in July 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb from February 1997 to June 2024, where roles encompassed Head of Identity Governance and Partner Enablement, focusing on governance functions across the workforce; Head of Partner Digital Enablement, aimed at enhancing digital collaboration; and Head IT Business Partner for HR, driving the organization’s people strategy through technology. Earlier positions involved serving as Global IT Service Delivery Lead for Workday systems and roles as Associate Director and Senior/SAP Specialist/Analyst. Paru Ajjarapu holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
