Caitlin Stene

Caitlin Stene, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Administrative Services for the City of Sun Prairie, a position held since December 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing Finance, City Assessing, City Clerk, Information Technology, and Human Resources Departments. Previously, Caitlin worked as the Deputy Administrator and Village Clerk for the Village of Waunakee, managing the Clerk Department and serving as Human Resource Manager. Additional experience includes roles as Village Administrator for the Village of Cross Plains, Assistant Village Administrator and Human Resources Manager for the Village of Waunakee, and Management Analyst for the City of River Falls. Caitlin's early career included internships and leadership roles focused on public administration and student representation, complemented by advanced education in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree from Winona State University.
