Nisita Shah

Nisita Shah has a strong and diverse work experience. Nisita began their career as an Article Trainee at M/s H.N. Motiwalla & Co. and M/s Doshi Kamleshkumar & Associates, where they gained experience in sales tax returns, audits, and income tax matters. Nisita then worked as an MIS and Budgeting Executive at GasPoint Marketing India Pvt Ltd before joining the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited as a Dy Manager. Nisita then worked at Petro Oil Kenya Limited as an Assistant Financial Controller, where they handled personal bank accounts, conducted due diligence exercises, and evaluated expansion plans. Nisita later joined Moore Stevens JVB LLP as a Senior Financial Consultant and played a crucial role in the finance department. Nisita then became the Chief Finance Officer at Securex Agencies (K) Ltd, where they managed a large team and had several notable achievements, including successfully concluding due diligence processes and restructuring term loans. Currently, Nisita is working as the Finance Director at Sun Valley Investments, where they manage a global team and has achieved success in analyzing contracts and setting up tax efficient structures.

Nisita Shah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Mumbai in 2001. Nisita then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they successfully obtained in 2003. During the same period, they also completed a Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
