Paul Allison

Paul Allison is an accomplished Finance and Resources Director at Linkage Community Trust, where strategic business management of finance and support services has been a primary focus since March 2020. Prior to this role, Paul served as Head of Finance at North Kesteven School, overseeing various functions including finance and ICT while contributing to the senior leadership team. A diverse background includes positions as Technical Accountant at Acis Group and Interim Head of Finance at North Kesteven School, along with various roles in management accounting across multiple educational and charitable organizations. Paul's extensive experience in financial management spans over two decades, reinforced by a degree in CIMA from Sheffield Hallam University.
