Jaime Pacheco has extensive experience in cloud operations and project management. Currently serving as the Cloud Operations Administrator at SUNAT since October 2020, Jaime previously held the position of Project Manager at Global Telecom Services SAC from November 2017 to May 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Security Engineering Analyst and Support and Maintenance Analyst for Operating Systems and Storage at Claro Perú from October 2010 to October 2017, as well as a Systems Assistant at the International Potato Center (CIP) from June 2008 to September 2010. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National University of Engineering, earned between 1999 and 2008.
