Zachary Brooksher

Zachary Brooksher is an experienced project manager and engineer with a robust background in HVAC services. Since July 2018, Zachary has been with Sunbelt Controls, overseeing a diverse portfolio of Building Management Systems (BMS) projects from conception to closeout. Previously, Zachary served as Construction and Service Manager at Air Tech Services from July 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities expanded following a company acquisition, leading to over 50% growth in routine service and maintenance contracts. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Accu Temp Heating and Air Conditioning, starting in June 2003, where Zachary began in an entry-level position and progressed to construction and service management, acquiring valuable project management and customer service skills. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University-San Bernardino.
