Chris Jones

Chris Jones is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Head Of Property for both Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. and Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland since March 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Head of Property at Ashtead Plant Hire Company Limited from January 2009 until June 2022, where responsibilities included developing compliance policies and operational procedures for the property portfolio. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Senior Building Surveyor for Ashtead Plant Hire Co Ltd, providing management information and preparing specifications for works. Chris's career began as a Regional Building Surveyor at My Travel, focusing on health and safety contract management and asbestos policy implementation. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Northumbria University, attained between 1994 and 1998.
