Jenny Parry

Jenny Parry has over 20 years of work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Jenny currently serves as the Head of Talent at Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland. Prior to this, they were the Head of People & Organisational Development at North Wales Police, where they were responsible for managing all People Functions and leading strategic initiatives for workforce planning and development. Jenny has also worked as the Group Head of Talent at Bakkavor, overseeing global talent management and introducing new workforce management approaches. Jenny has held HR leadership positions at Corrett Restaurants, where they supported the company's rapid expansion, and Harrods, where they managed recruitment and employer branding efforts. Jenny has also provided HR consulting services to the British Army and worked as a Group Personnel Manager at Tesco. Jenny began their career as a People & Organisation Development Advisor at Royal Mail.

Jenny Parry completed their undergraduate studies in Business & Social Administration from Bangor University with a 2:1 degree classification from 1997 to 2000. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the Open University. From 2002 to 2003, they attended St James & Lucie Clayton College and earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice. Currently, they are enrolled at Grwp Llandrillo Menai and is expected to complete a Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring degree in 2023 with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Jenny also has additional certifications, including a Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors from ILM (to be obtained in 2023) and a Thomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification obtained in 2022.
