Nancy John

Nancy John has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nancy began their career as a Business Manager at AC Delco/CCJones in 1984, where they worked until 2002. Later, they served as the General Manager at SWIFT from 2003 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, Nancy worked at Virginia Transformer Corp as a Business Manager and Project Manager, implementing process improvements and overseeing project management.

In 2011, they became the Manager/PMO at Virginia Transformer Corp, leading a team of project managers and support staff. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Field Service Manager, managing high-volume service divisions and coordinating operations. Nancy continued at Virginia Transformer Corp until 2017, when they joined Sunbelt Transformer as the Chief Operating Officer. Nancy developed and implemented business strategies, managed a top-performing team, and oversaw asset management for the organization.

In 2019, Nancy moved to Solomon Corporation, taking on the role of Director of Field Services until 2020. Currently, they are the Vice President of Field Service at Sunbelt-Solomon Solutions & Titan Quality Power Services. Nancy's work experience showcases their expertise in leadership, project management, field services, and strategic planning within the electrical equipment industry.

Nancy John attended Phoenix College from 1985 to 1987, studying Business. Nancy did not obtain a degree during this time.
