Adi Bonn Segal

Adi Bonn Segal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Adi is currently the Head of HR for Sunbit IL since November 2022. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at Eurospace and Defense from December 2018 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Applied Spectral Imaging from December 2016 to December 2018. Adi Bonn Segal also has a strong background in HR at Tower Semiconductor, where they held various roles including HR Director, Senior HR Business Partner and OD Manager, HR Business Partner, and Recruitment Specialist from 2005 to 2016. Adi started their career as an Occupational Diagnostics Specialist at Adam Milo from April 2003 to December 2005.

Adi Bonn Segal holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, which was obtained from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Adi has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Haifa, which was completed from 2002 to 2005. Adi Bonn Segal also has certification as an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
