Dr. Tina Thompson

Dr. Tina Thompson is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sunburst Chemicals since August 2024, where responsibilities include optimizing organizational performance through talent management and compliance with employment laws. As a Senior Graduate Instructor at multiple universities since 2018, Dr. Thompson teaches leadership development topics and guides business professionals through leadership methodologies.
