Mark Wawrzyniak

Mark Wawrzyniak has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark recently served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Suncast Corporation, beginning in April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Finance and ITS at Suncast Corporation from January to April 2021.

Before joining Suncast Corporation, Mark worked at Cantel Medical as the VP and Chief Financial Officer of HuFriedyGroup from April 2020 to January 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, they served as the General Manager / Corporate Controller at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC.

Mark spent a significant portion of their career at Shure Incorporated, where they held the position of Sr. Director Financial Accounting & Reporting for over two decades, from May 1994 to April 2018.

Mark began their career as a Finance Intern at Leo Burnett Advertising from 1992 to 1994.

Mark Wawrzyniak completed their education at Loyola University Chicago. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Accounting, from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued further studies and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Loyola University Chicago, covering the time span of 2014 to 2016.
