Jana Manley

Jana Manley is the SVP of Marketing & Digital Strategy at Suncoast Credit Union. Jana has over 20 years of experience in marketing and digital strategy, and has held previous positions at Harland Clarke and other companies.

Jana has a focus on defining marketing strategy for consumer and small business deposits and card activation programs. Jana is also responsible for designing and delivering a new customer-centric on-boarding program for checking customers that drives adoption of high value services such as debit card, online banking, eStatements, and mobile banking for early on book accounts.

In their role at Suncoast Credit Union, Jana also collaborates with user experience and delivery teams to design digital assets to support marketing programs, works with content strategists to develop dynamic content maps leveraging customer behavior data, and leads project teams to develop business and functional requirements. Jana also conducts user acceptance testing for technical delivery of activation programs.

Jana has a proven track record in their field, and has received awards for their work in marketing and digital strategy. Jana is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Direct Marketing Association.

Jana Manley graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU with an MBA in Strategic Management. Jana also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Auburn University.

They are on a team with Jackie Gilbert - SVP, Risk Management, Darlene Johnson - COO, and Gary Vien - CAO. Jana Manley reports to Kevin Johnson, President & CEO.
