Jennifer Wade Bolivar has extensive work experience in various leadership roles.

From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Executive Sales Director at PAR North America.

In 2011, they joined Suncoast Credit Union, where they held multiple positions. Jennifer started as a Consumer Loan Development Manager and later became the Vice President of Member Experience. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Vice President of Digital Transformation, overseeing the strategic vision of the Digital Ecosystem and leading the development of software applications. Following that, they were the Vice President of Enterprise Agility in the EPMO, focusing on achieving organizational goals through Program and Product Management efforts. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Business Transformation, where they lead and designs business transformation initiatives within the organization.

Jennifer Wade Bolivar completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2017. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis from 2007 to 2009. Jennifer also pursued a Bachelor of Communications in Organizational Behavior Studies from Indiana University School of Education - Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Organizational Communication, General from Indiana University Indianapolis. Jennifer holds additional certifications including Certified Agile Leader and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, as well as a Project Manager certification from Webster University.
