Melva McKay Bass

Melva McKay Bass is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Suncoast Credit Union. Melva has been in this role for over 22 years, and oversees the Business Banking, Wealth Management Division, Members' Insurance Agency, and Members' Title Company. Melva also has previous experience as the Senior Vice President of Member Service Operations, overseeing Branch Operations, Teller and Deposit Operations, and the Risk Management/Fraud Division. Prior to their current role, they worked at Suntrust Bank in Tampa Bay as a Business Banking and Retail Branch Operations Manager for 3 years. In this role, they were responsible for managing associates in Business Banking and Retail Management.

Melva McKay Bass attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1991 to 1996 and earned an accounting degree. Melva specialized in accounting and business/management.
