Vineet Saxena

Vineet Saxena, P. Eng, has extensive experience in automation and control systems within the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Automation Manager at Suncor Energy since August 2011, responsibilities include leading a team of engineers to maintain control systems across Mining, Primary Extraction, Secondary Extraction, and Tailings areas. Prior experience includes roles at Syncrude Canada Ltd. focused on improving control system reliability and supporting upgrades, and a decade with Honeywell Process Solutions providing technical support and managing engineering teams. Vineet's foundational career began with positions at Aditya Birla Group and Jaiprakash Associates Limited working on instrumentation and electronics in cement plants. Vineet holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology.
