Sue Dale is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Insurance and Financial sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Insurance Event Claims at Suncorp Group since March 2004. In this role, Sue leads a team of up to 100 full-time employees, overseeing large claim portfolios related to natural hazards and weather events while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. Prior to this, Sue held the position of Contact Centre Manager for Bank Lending, leading a team of up to 200 FTE and enhancing customer sales and service experiences. With expertise in change management and a proven track record in driving strong sales and service results, Sue has established a dynamic and engaging work environment throughout their tenure at Suncorp Bank.
