Kim Poley

Kim Poley, CPHR, ACC has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kim is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources/Privacy Officer at Suncorp Valuations since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director at Legal Aid Saskatchewan from July 2019 to December 2019. From December 2015 to June 2019, Kim worked as a Senior Principal Consultant at Harris Leadership Strategies. Kim also has experience as the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at K+S Potash Canada from December 2012 to October 2015, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from September 2011 to December 2012. Before joining K+S Potash Canada, Kim served as the Manager of Human Resources at AREVA Resources Canada Inc from 2007 to 2011. Kim began their career in 2007 as a Specialist in Human Resources at Agrium.

Kim Poley, CPHR, ACC, obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in the years 1987 to 1991. In addition to their education, Kim has acquired several certifications throughout their career. These include a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University in 2021, an Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation in 2016, an EQi-2.0/EQ 360 certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2016, a Certified Coach certification from Destination Leadership in 2015, and they are also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources since 2002 through CPHR Saskatchewan.
