Sravanthi Bandi has extensive experience in various roles related to customer service and human resources. Currently a Claims Consultant at Suncorp New Zealand since June 2021, Sravanthi has held multiple positions within the company, demonstrating a strong technical and business acumen in claims management. Prior to this, experience includes roles as a Customer Service Consultant at Tech Mahindra and Customer Care Consultant at Vortex Spas, along with positions in customer service, recruitment, and HR management spanning over a decade, including significant contributions as an HR Executive and Business Analyst at Infotrack Systems Pvt. Ltd. and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Endeavor HR Pvt Ltd. Sravanthi holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Diploma in IRPM from Andhra University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from Osmania University.
