Kate Hawryluk is an accomplished medical social worker with a strong background in hospice care. Currently employed at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since March 2021, Kate has amassed valuable experience in providing support and services to patients and families in need. Prior to this role, Kate served as a hospice social worker at Interim HealthCare Inc. from March 2017 to March 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University (2008-2012).
