Christopher Borders

Practicing law for over 30 years, Chris is a veteran of the tech industry. After roles as general counsel at VC-backed tech companies and being a partner in two national law firms, in 2014 Chris started Borders Law Group to focus on early- and mid-stage tech companies. That connected him with the founders of Chainlink, the leading decentralized oracle service provider, where he helped the company complete a successful ICO in 2017, and was their first General Counsel and valued advisor. Chris is admitted to the California bar and a member of the San Francisco Bar Association. His knowledge of the legal issues around blockchain, business law, IP and FinTech will contribute to SundaeSwap incredibly.
