Lynn Jerath

Lynn Jerath is the founder and president of Citrine Investment Group, a private equity and advisory firm specializing in real estate investments. Lynn contributes to the advisory board of Sundance Bay, a Utah-based real estate private equity firm with a focus on multifamily and net lease investing. Previous experience includes roles as a board member for Lotus Bancorp prior to its merger, owner at Bedrock Investments where significant capital was raised, and senior vice president at GEM Realty Capital focusing on new investments. Lynn's career also encompasses positions at The Carlyle Group, JER Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Yarmouth Group, with a cumulative background that includes extensive transaction analysis and capital raising totaling billions.
