Saravanan K is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in performance management and HR functions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sundaram Clayton Limited since January 2015, Saravanan K oversees the implementation of a performance management process that aligns employee activities with business goals. Prior to this role, Saravanan K was an Assistant Manager in HR at EDAC Engineering Limited from January 2007 to December 2014, where all aspects of HR were managed.
