Prior experience includes roles as AVP in Group Human Resources at Hinduja Group Limited, Head of Corporate Human Resources at Cipla Ltd., and Associate Vice President of HR at Wockhardt. Kartik's journey in HR began with managerial positions at HCL Technologies and a startup, culminating in a PGD in PM & IR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
