Tom Cline

Tom Cline has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at REI as a Retail Sales Manager. During their time there, they managed and developed 52 employees with a direct report roster of 15-25 employees, consistently exceeded sales goals with an average increase year over year of 26%, designed and initiated an Asset Protection program, and was nominated for the REI Anderson Award 7 years in a row. In 2016, they joined TALENT MAKER CITY as a Board of Directors. Most recently, from 2018 to present, they have been a Sales Operations Director at Sunday Afternoons. In this role, they have been the Operations Lead developing and implementing ERP, 3PL, Digital Storefront transitions, and has overseen the Customer Success team. Additionally, they have reviewed sales process quality, managed and maintained EDI information flow, and managed and maintained the budget and operations for vendor engagements.

Tom Cline graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication.
