Amal Lakhani has a solid background in sourcing and procurement. They have experience working with various companies in the beauty and airline industries.

Starting in 2015, Amal worked as a Procurement Intern at Southwest Airlines, where they fostered supplier relationships, managed contracts, and introduced cost-saving measures.

In 2016, they joined Charming Charlie as a Procurement Specialist. In this role, they determined the necessary goods for store construction and exceeded growth goals through effective capital management and supplier performance.
